Project Background

Our collaboration with Mitel dates back many years. The customer required a custom battery solution for their IP phone system, designed as a backup power source to improve portability and flexibility in diverse communication scenarios.

The key requirement was stable backup performance and high safety reliability for telecom environments.

Engineering Solution

After deep technical discussions, we recommended the AS552035 3.7V 350mAh lithium polymer battery.

To enhance safety, we integrated:

PTC self-resetting fuse for overcurrent protection
Short-circuit safety mechanism
Stable discharge design for backup power usage

This ensured reliable performance in critical telecom applications.
