What is a lithium battery pack, What are its components and advantages?
Lithium battery packs refer to the assembly and production of lithium batteries, also known as lithium battery packs. Pack refers to the customized packaging, packaging, and assembly of lithium batteries, which are mainly divided into three main processes: processing, assembly, and packaging. When several modules are jointly controlled or managed by the BMS and thermal management system, this unified whole is called a lithium battery pack.
Composition of lithium battery pack:
The structure of a lithium battery pack generally includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte, a separator, and a battery shell. Generally, it is composed of a collection of multiple battery packs, with the addition of a battery management system such as BMS, which is the final product provided to users by lithium battery manufacturers. There are two types of shell materials for lithium battery packs, including aluminum and steel, and the difference between soft and hard packs.
Lithium battery pack features:
1. Functional integrity and direct use.
2. Diversity, one requirement with multiple implementations.
3. Long service life.
4. Each lithium battery pack can fully utilize the energy of the battery, safe and reliable.
Currently, lithium battery packs are widely used in the consumer electronics market, covering mobile phones, laptops, game consoles, digital cameras, portable devices, and so on.
