Time rate also call hour rate ,it is refers to required numbers of hours of battery using a certain current discharge its all rated capacity .For example ,the rated capacity of battery is 600mAh ,using 600mAh current to discharge its rate capacity need 1 hours ,so call 600mAh current is one hour rate.
