A&S Power Team PK Competition

I am very happy that we held a team PK competition and finally won the victory through the unremitting efforts of our team members!

Unity is strength, and unity has advantages. We hope that people will handle the relationship between competition and cooperation more wisely and carry forward the spirit of unity and cooperation while actively competing.

The whole process made us understand a few points, and we will share them:

1. Clear team goals
Any excellent team must have clear, definite goals that are mutually recognized by everyone. The goal must be clear and deeply rooted in people's hearts. In a good team, everyone must have a common and clear goal that everyone recognizes. It is a banner and everyone is moving in the direction of the banner.

2. Share
Any excellent team must have a thinking and action model of sharing resources. In an excellent team, there is no situation where team resources are intercepted or exclusive by individuals. A good team lies in the ability of team members to timely transfer resources, knowledge, and information to achieve the team's common goals. So that everyone can share experiences and lessons learned.

3. Different roles
The characteristic of a good team is that everyone has different roles. Each team member must play his or her specific role well. Only by complementing the roles can a good team be formed.

4. Good communication
A good team can first communicate well. The fewer obstacles there are for members to communicate, the better the team will be. This is also deeply understood by everyone in the enterprise.

5. Shared values and behavioral norms

The corporate culture being advocated now actually requires the enterprise to have common values. Values are to the enterprise what the worldview is to the individual. The worldview guides the behavior of individuals, and the values of the enterprise guide the behavior of the entire enterprise's employees.

6. Sense of belonging
The sense of belonging is a very important characteristic of a team. When members have a sense of belonging to the team, they will consciously maintain the team, be willing to do many things for the team, and are unwilling to leave the team.

7. Valid authorization
This is a very important factor in forming a team. Only through effective authorization can the relationship between members be determined and a good team formed.
